at your competitors that will draw people to the area, how do they look like
they are trading? Don’t be frightened to “look your competitors in the eye” as
you can benefit from their customer base as well as their marketing efforts,
but you must be confident that you will be able to compete. Look out for the
neighbourhood traffic generators such as colleges, schools, Offices, Parks etc.
