Consider if the premises
allows your business to expand. Don’t forget to talk to the local Police, what
is the crime rate, any problems? What will the insurance premiums be on the
premises and what if any modifications will they require you to complete?
Finally negotiate a lease that works for you, not your landlord and it must
meet your business plan. Don’t be scared of getting someone a professional to
negotiate the lease on your behalf, they may end up proving to be very cost
