Conduct a survey in the town and ask people what they want and what is missing. It may be best to have it completed by friends and family that are not necessarily emotionally involved, listen and act on negatives and build on the positives. Do not forget to review your curb appeal and look very closely at the window and exterior of your shop, ask people what they think, see it with fresh eyes. Can you add an A frame outside detailing regular new products, offers, events and services to tempt customers in? Is your shop window lit at night?  And finally why not consider adding a window perforation to your front window allowing you to digitally print a message on Vinyl. It can be seen clearly from the outside and does not restrict your view or light on the inside.
